• "What a beautiful meal we had here - absolutely over the moon to find this lovely little place. The beef wellington was out of this world, and huge; the red wine sauce was so beautiful. Dessert was hazelnut pavlova which was delicious! The staff were amazing, the owners came and gave us free drinks after our meal. We weren't rushed to finish our meals at all. I loved the slightly informal way they work, with the waitress at one point sitting down to chat to us for a minute at the end of our meal (some wouldn't like this, but we were very pleased, obviously she knew we woulnd't mind at all). Most memorable meal was on our American holiday Thanksgiving, in November. Did we have the traditional fare of roast turkey & stuffing? Heck no!
