A seriously nice-looking wine bar and meeting place which also serves a decent range of food and snacks. Three rooms including a light and airy room at the back and cosy modern bars at the front with lots of comfy sofas.

- "Apart from the nice decor, everything else was a let down. Decided to go for lunch here and ended up waiting ten minutes for drinks, finally ordered our food (pizza and salad) only to be waiting 45 minutes and still no food. - "Have visited on quite a number of occasions now and it beats the other watering holes in town, most of them open-plan, characterless, noisy, smoke-filled disasters. Service is friendly, atmosphere relaxed and comfortable, choice of wines and beers excellent, even including my fave organic beverage, Honeydew. Perfect for unwinding at the end of a hard day at work, or meeting up with friends with whom you can converse without having to shout or lipread! - "Guess this was the first really up market place in Aber. Which isn't saying much. But they have done a great renovation job, free wireless internet is a nice touch. The daytime menus need to change more regularly, I've run out of new things to have, and the daily specials don't change that much either! Evening menu good, we went there on Valentine's Day a while back and we honestly couldn't fault the food, which is almost a first for any venue in Aber. Having said that, it still wasn't mind-blowing quality for the money. All in all, though Orangery is a nice place to hang out and surprisingly even as a heavy smoker I enjoyed the non-smoking ambience.
