Aberystwyth's tourist information centre on Terrace Road
The first place to look for more information is Aberystwyth Tourist Information Centre, located in Terrace Road (map). Open throughout the year, usually from 10am to 5pm daily it has a variety of leaflets and brochures about the area and its attractions available, along with information on subjects such as eating out and local events. Information leaflets and posters are available throughout the town, in local shops and on display boards. Major local events and theatre and cinema listings are usually listed in the Cambrian News, published every Wednesday.
Details of many local events, including those at the Arts Centre, are displayed on a noticeboard at the junction of North Parade and Terrace Road.
