Parking in Town
Street parking is in short supply in the town centre all year. You are most likely to find space in the main car parks on Park Avenue. The most central car parks are mainly short stay, although charges are not too high. Several hotels provide parking spaces for residents.

Park and Ride Service
A park and ride bus operates Mondays to Saturdays, 8.00am to 6.00pm at 20 minute intervals, from the lower car park on Park Avenue. The bus calls at Great Darkgate Street, North Parade, Bronglais Hospital and the bus station - and can be an easier option than trying to find a space in one of the more central car parks on a busy day.
